Knowledge, experience and finishing touches
When using our services, you never have to worry about entry requirements, visas, health questionnaires, which forms need to be filled out, or even what to pack. Within 30 days of travel, I will provide you with every link, form, list, map, and suggestion that you could possibly need for your destination, both electronic and on paper, if requested. Plus you'll get special touches like branded luggage tags and app-based itineraries you can keep right on your phone or other device and other special touches once you arrive in your destination.
Planning Assistance
Do you love planning your own vacations? That is not a problem either! You can map out your vacation and we will look over it, provide some suggestions (or give you a big thumbs up) and we can then book it for you. You get the best of both worlds, you get to plan and you also get the assurance that someone is in your corner in case problems or issues arise.
What to Expect
Our services start with an inquiry form to get a basic idea of where and when you would like to travel, as well as the number and ages of travelers, passport status, and a few other basic questions. Once we receive your inquiry, we will schedule a time for a phone call (or we can use email if you are more comfortable) so that we can get to know a little bit about you, your travel style and your expectations. We will also discuss what kind of budget you have for your trip. Your budget is a VERY important consideration as it will drive what resorts, hotels, tours or cruise lines will be available to you. Airfare is a huge part of your budget so being flexible with dates or departure airports can make a big difference in pricing. We will find you the best flight options based on itinerary, flight times, number of stops and price. We are not loyal to ANY airline, we work for you, not them. After we get all of the information we need, we will present you with at least 3 options to choose from. We do not get paid unless you book your trip with us as we work on commission only. We do not charge a planning fee, so once we do the hours of work it takes to plan your vacation, we expect you to book with us. No one wants to work for free, which is exactly what happens if you take our work and book with someone else. Once you fill out a vacation request form, we then have an understanding that you will be ready to pay the deposit within 1 week, as prices can and will change at any time until a deposit is made.
