It’s the best of both worlds—you get the joy of planning your dream getaway, with the added peace of mind knowing someone has your back if any issues come up along the way.
What to Expect
Our process begins with a simple inquiry form to gather the basics: where and when you’d like to travel, the number and ages of travelers, passport status, and a few other key details. Once we receive your inquiry, we’ll schedule a phone call—or communicate via email if that’s your preference—to get to know you, your travel style, and your expectations. We’ll also discuss your budget, which is a crucial factor in determining the resorts, hotels, tours, or cruise lines that fit your trip.
Airfare often makes up a significant portion of your budget, so flexibility with travel dates or departure airports can greatly impact pricing. We’ll find you the best flight options based on itinerary, flight times, number of stops, and price. Since we don’t work for any specific airline, our loyalty is to you, not them.
Once we’ve gathered all the information we need, we’ll present you with at least three carefully curated options to choose from. We operate on commission and do not charge a planning fee, so when we invest the hours it takes to plan your perfect vacation, we expect that you’ll book with us. It’s how we earn a living—nobody likes working for free!
When you fill out a vacation request form, we’ll move forward with the understanding that you’re ready to pay the deposit within a week. This is important because prices can change at any time until a deposit is made. Let’s work together to turn your dream vacation into reality!
